Track

Track has a rich tradition at MLS. Our team competes in 16 different events from sprints to distance running and from jumps to weight events. This makes track a sport that is suitable for all athletes. We encourage a high rate of participation and our athletes, regardless of their ability, are given many opportunities to compete. The training our athletes receive helps to keep them physically fit and has proven beneficial for athletes preparing for other sports, as well. Our varsity head coaches are Kathy Kock for the girls and Robert Schroer for the boys.
