Student Life

The term “Seminary Family” is something often used to describe the closeness of the students, faculty, staff, families, and friends that together cherish the ministry of Michigan Lutheran Seminary.

This “family” atmosphere is evident the moment you walk on our campus.  From students laughing in the hallways, to classmates studying together in the library, from kids goofing around in the dormitory to forgiven children of God gathering for worship in morning and evening chapel, the truth that we are brothers and sisters in Christ affects the way we work, play, study, and worship.

The bond of common faith we share, along with the friendships that are both created and fostered at MLS, makes our campus a safe, exciting, and encouraging place to grow in faith and knowledge.
